   I purchased an Innokin Endura vape here at the end of January. I could have bought the same vape for significantly less online but I don’t mind paying extra for advice and to support independent retailers. After three weeks, the fire button failed and depressed into the body of the vape and since then It’s been leaking too. I went back two days ago and expected they’d happily replace it for me, but was told this wasn’t possible as the manufacturer of the product doesn’t cover this part of the vape under their warranty. I explained my contract was with Iconic Vape, not the manufacturer and I just wanted a replacement of the product, in-line with The Consumer Rights Act, 2015. I was told that it was a manufacturer issue but they wouldn’t be interested as over 30 days had passed and there was nothing he could do. To meet them halfway, I then offered them £20 (as per the online price widely available, against their retail price of £35!) and this was also refused. I again asked them to recognise the law and also my generous offer of £20 to replace it and was told again, there was nothing they could do for me. Online retailers would have swapped it no questions asked. And I’d have saved money too. ALSO: PHONE NUMBER LISTED IS OUT OF SERVICE AND NO LISTING FOR COMPANY INFO AT COMPANIES HOUSE AFTER EXTENSIVE SEARCH, including under their trading address!? Dodgy. And NO REPLY made here to rectify the situation so I will have to hand deliver my County Court claim in person which will include all incurred costs. What a waste of my time. AVOID this ‘business’ at all costs and make sure you buy from a proper vape shop that is at least contactable and more importantly is listed on Companies House! THE WORST HIGH STREET BUSINESS IN HARROGATE GUARANTEED. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

   Great vape shop. Really helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Needed advice on swapping to nic salts, the guy answered every question. Got an upgraded coil for my existing device to try the new salts. Great range of pods and kits, way cheaper than online, and you know they are genuine rather than cheap fakes. I would recommend Iconic to anyone and will always shop here in future!

   This is by far the best vape shop that you will ever find in Harrogate ! Nothing is too much trouble, Si has an extensive range of stock, everything you are likely to need to vape you will find in this shop. He has the most up to date devices and his knowledge of devices is beyond amazing. Whether you are looking to buy a new device or have a faulty device or just need advice then this is the place to go. He is very friendly and welcoming and the shop has a lovely atmosphere. He always has plenty of time to help you with what you need. I have been going here for over a year now and would never ever go anywhere else!

   After seeing such positives reviews about this shop - I popped in whilst visiting the area for the day. I have only gave 2 stars based on the owner been friendly and personable and the range was good. However ... I bought a device - when i got home ( 2 hours drive away ) , the device was faulty and does not work. I did call and speak with the owner , I explained the product was faulty and he advised I needed to return the product to store - I did explain Im not local and I could not do this to which he asked " what do you want me to" to which I responded refund the item - he was not willing to do this - therefore its with regret I have had to leave a negative review.

   If you want the most up to date devices then you need to come to this shop. The owner here makes sure he is the first person in Harrogate to get the latest version of everything you need to vape. His customer service is fantastic and he always listens. He’s always more than happy to help. There’s no doubt that I will be back.
