   Terrible service. Ended up waiting 15mins for a coffee. After seeing people who had come after me being served I asked what was going on to be told that they'd run out of honey and that's why they hadn't made it. So I assume if I hadnt said anything I would have just stayed waiting there! The server then asked the barista to make an alternative for me next and she proceeded to make another 3 people's coffees whilst I just stood there before I got mine. It's not the first time I've experienced bad service here. Staff are rude and lazy. Today however was the straw that broke the camels back. Won't be going to this branch again

   This is a very much well loved and patronised Coffee shop. Itbos always very busy with customers and the poor staff don't have any respite as they're always rushed off their feet serving customers. I enjoy the p ace and tranquility that it offers. It also allows dog owners to bring their pets and owners are keen to keep their pets ckos by and respectful of others. Highly recommended.

   We are regular coffee drinkers for the past 15 years and their coffee actually doesn’t have coffee taste. Mainly milky. we ordered a mocha and flatwhite. They were kind to change it and re make it but I guess it is either the machine or the way it is being made, it was worse than previous one. Also mocha should be made with chocolate powder mixed in the milk while frothing however, they add it directly into the cup and mixing it by hand and then pour plain milk on top. Very disappointed we had to travel 40 minutes by car for this coffee.

   No love here, the furniture and layout are not great, never service with a smile and no matter how many times I've been in they don't treat me like a regular.

   Absolutely disgusting service & delivery! I ordered a vegetarian option and they sent a full meat option and half of it was missing (panini). Made a complaint and said they wouldn’t refund this time! I’d avoid with all costs! Robbing Thieves!!! Would give ZERO stars if possible!

   Open and airy, spacious footprint with outdoor seating but with a dated interior in need of upgrading. Usual adequately acceptable and reliable formula that’s unlikely to displease. Staff functional, efficient and understand English.
