This in an extraordinarily good cafe which is far better than most other establishments in Havering. It may look fairly modest from the outside but its food is anything but modest,it is brilliant !. My wife and I eat here every week. The attention to detail is fantastic.Everything is cooked to perfection.I could try and find something negative to say but there simply isnβt anything I could fault. What sets it apart is the care and attention paid to the food they serve. They have high standards and always meet them. The cafe is run by a man called Les.He is so likeable and nothing is ever too much trouble for him.He even does me βeggy breadβ even though it is not on the menu. The staff give a faultless service. The other very surprising thing is that it is so reasonably priced.I would urge anyone tempted by the cafeβs in Upminster to try the Cafe in Cranham first.Once you try it I am sure like me you will become a regular !

Good cafe. Been coming here for a few years and have never been disappointed. Good selection of food and the bubble & squeak is this best I have ever had. The lovely man who runs the cafe is so lovely and friendly. Highly recommend this cafe.

Our normal cafe was not open yet and horrible day so thought I'd try here. Not being funny but never thought of trying here as thought it was workman's cafe. Well what have I been missing? Ok, so they may not do your skinny flat white etc but all milk coffee very nice. We all ordered and had eggs on toast, sausage and egg roll and a number two breakfast. Very tasty food , not cheap ingredients.... and home made bubble and squeek!!! If you like doorstep wedge toast you will love it here. Bacon was bang on, sausage was nice, beans were good, eggs done just right but the bubble and squeek steals the show. Would I recommend... damn right yeah. Have I been too snobby by not going here before - most definitely and that is my loss. Now I've found this place though, happy days. Give it a try, have the bubble. Great service , friendly people running it and price is crazy.... how do they do it for that price? BARGAIN. Can Afford to put all up a pound or two no one will expect different in this area. Will be going back, maybe even this week

Good traditional cafe. Clean tidy well priced and excellent service. Not many places of this standard around now so support your local businesses as often as you can. Try the bubble as it's the best I've had (no pic)

Lovely people and lovely lunch. Possibly the best ever toast. We're clearing a house in the area and will be coming back for our lunch every week until we're done.

Les is a Cranham legend and his cafe is a great example of an old school greasy spoon. But the people who know would not eat anywhere else. Excellent food reasonable price.

Nice breakfast at reasonable price Β£6.75. Tea and coffee prices shown as 35p on the menu board which is crazy compared to what you pay elsewhere. Also donβt rip you off for extra slice of toast like other cafes. Friendly staff and tables were all clean.
