   Been coming in here for over 10 years now and can honestly say today is the last day I'll ever return. They have had no semi skimmed milk for the past 3 days never known anything like it. Never had this issue in other franchises up and down the country. The shop it tired and always looks dirty and no one in there seems to care anymore and clearly nor do the owners. Constant issues and negative comments I've read and the same issues have not been addressed. Tried putting up with it long enough but now I'm done with it.

   We were welcomed on entering by Costa Vishal and Arizona they were extremely helpful and polite and made us feel special especially as my brother has recently had his cataract operated on and wasn’t feeling too good it made him feel much better. Thank you so very much x

   Was rather a messy place and food left on the tables and floor. Had to wait a while even when there was only one person in front of us. Asked what milk I wanted for my americano, and they said they had no semi-skinned and only skimmed, so that was a bit pointless asking me for a choice. First and last time will stop here. Shocking!! Costa would be embarrassed, I am sure.

   I often go in to this Costa to pick up my lunch and on many occasions a lady called Irina is patiently teaching junior members of staff. She manages to juggle teaching, dealing with customers and manning the phone with a smile on her face. She is clearly the most experienced staff member in there and really deserves a shout out for her great customer service, patience and hard work. Without Irina I would be giving a much lower rating. Costa do not lose her!!
