   think this is one of the best Costa Coffee outlets in the Havering area of outer London. It is run with super efficiently and a lot of care is taken to meet any special requests such as extra hot etc etc I do not know how long the young lady whose name i understand is Valentina has been at Costa but she certainly seems to be very experienced.She stays calm and organised even when it is very busy. I like to give praise where praise is deserved and she certainly deserves it. She has the perfect manner for dealing with the public and makes the minimum fuss about it. A credit to Costa ! Her colleagues are very good too and no doubt are recipients of good advice from Valentina. Thank you Paul

   One of the best espresso shops I have been to. Latte was also perfect in terms of ratio of froth to espresso/milk. Espresso to me had a nice hazelnut taste and the extraction was perfect. I would be going to this cafe everyday if I lived in London. Highly recommended

   A small cozy place with cheerful staffs. There are limited seats inside so maybe you need to wait a bit to get seated. Flat white is amazing as everyone says and also the canele was really good!

   This store is our regular go to Costa. Whilst the shop itself is a little ‘tired’ the environment is relaxing and friendly. The staff are all friendly and mean well. Weekends is our usual visiting time, there have been some new staff being trained so obviously need a little more time to develop. If the new starter Rachel is anything to go by then the future is bright. Helpful polite hard working has time for the customers.

   I do expect more from a Costa. The lady serving did not know how to make a tea and had to be corrected numerous times by her friendly colleague who was also trying to serve customers, he was exceptionally patient and professional. It as very frustrating as she kept messing up two cups of tea. The place was too hot inside , the spoons with our teas had encrusted debris on them (photo attached). Dusty pictures at head height that have not been clean for ages + again see picture) tables were not cleared in a timely manner as tables still had loads of stuff on them when we entered and left and not been touched. We went to another place after rather than stay to have a bite to eat as it was so bad here. I do expect a lot more from this place.
