Very disappointed staff not too good they don't talk just ignore you I have been to other branches in canvey and they are very friendly and helpful but brentwood has gone downhill over the 2 years i have been coming i would rather travel 15 miles to canvey than come here.
The first man who served me was surly and couldn’t be bothered to wait for me; I felt rushed and there was no smile or friendly service at all! The lady who made my coffee was lovely and smiled and communicated - what a difference! The coffee is usually excellent but today the attitude of the first server almost ruined my experience and I nearly said you know what I will go elsewhere if you can’t be bothered but I really wanted a coffee
Nothing prepares you for a waiter emptying the bin, replacing the bin bag, and straight away handling your coffee without washing or sanitising their hands. That level of poor hygiene is just unmatched. Coast shoukd do better!
Parking right outside and a nice experience overall - the WiFi is super slow though, I couldn't get any work done with it... And my phone had no reception to hotspot from... Nice for a coffee but wouldn't recommend to do anything productive...

Makes the perfect chai latte . I could drink a whole truck load. Perfect sweet with a nice subtle cinnamon taste. The millionaires cake is very moorish
Had a meeting in Costa in Brentwood, it’s one of the cleanest locations I’ve ever visited.

First visit, with a colleague... We found the place clean, newly-refurbished feel to it. Staff very friendly and helpful. Coffee was prepared quickly and was good. The Colombian roast packed a punch. The chocolate frostini was a good choice on a hot afternoon. The air conditioning helped too. Will return.
