   Really lovely cafe with kind and accommodating staff, great coffee and some great food. There's sunny seating options out front, a friendly atmosphere inside and a back yard that is more shaded. I'm comfortable taking my kids there and the sausage rolls are a real treat.

   Would not recommend this place at all! Very rude staff and overpriced for what you get. Not vegetarian friendly as charge more for speciality milks and unfair loyalty scheme. If you’re looking for a friendly and welcoming environment I would recommend the deli opposite, better quality of service and overall experience!

   DO NOT GO! Unbelievably terrible service, and coffee quality. The barista was so rude and aggressive I was almost afraid of her and all the negative energy she was putting into making my drink. I asked for a wet, extra hot latte. She was irritated that her milk had run out, which was apparently my fault, then she was annoyed that she had to warm milk up for my hot drink. She slammed the cup down on the counter with foam dripping all around the cup! If someone doesn’t want to work somewhere then don’t be there as you put customers off. If you’re having a bad day that’s not my problem as your customer. It was the first time I went there and will not be going back.

   2 young ladies tidying up behind bar ignored us for quite a while on entry. Place almost deserted 2.30pm on a weekday. I asked if anyone would like to serve us, and - without a smile - was told to come and stand by the till!! Delicious tea and coffee - again served without a word or a smile. We thought perhaps these ladies were in the wrong job.

   Vaping behind the counter??? I actually couldn't believe it. This is a lovely little cafe, however, employing 17 year olds that stand behind the counter vaping quite obviously is disgusting. I'd fire them no questions asked and make sure they don't work anywhere around food or drinks again. This could he an amazing place, if only they considered the people they're hiring. I understand young people are cheap but they also bring down your reputation without proper supervision. In the case of this place, it's unacceptable that these kids aren't being looked after to make sure this doesn't happen.

   The coffee here is great, as is the selection of cakes. Nice little courtyard area to the rear, more peaceful than the kerbside tables. Plenty of indoor seating normally available. Service quick and helpful. There are a couple of members of staff who are often a little grumpy and dismissive which makes the place feel unwelcoming, which is a real shame as others in the team are great.
