Arizona was politel smiled attentive. Don't always get greeted with a smile at Costa so quite nice really. She could see i was struggling with a bad leg and I got table service. Top level customer service. Ive been to over 50 stores and this is now the number 1

I come to Costa couple times a week in Elm Park to do my work in peace. Order the same thing everyday before I have even got the counter the team are making my drink! Always clean, the team are always friendly and cheerful….. Best Costa in the area :)
The staff are always so friendly in particular Arizena who remembers my order even though I can skip a couple of weeks. The environment is very relaxed and a great place for people to enjoy the warm space.

Very unwelcoming atmosphere. Went Sunday 25th September at 13:15 and was treated in an unkind manner by the till girl. My two friends were already seated at a table in the store with their drinks. The place was very quiet. Three tables occupied. Another friend and myself joined them and were talking for three minutes, when the member of staff approached and said we couldn't sit there as it's the store policy to only have Costa food and drink in store. This is irrelevant to our situation. It takes time to think about what to order and my friends already had Costa drinks at the table. When did it become store policy to forget about customer service, politeness and logic? I'm sure her time would have been better spent cleaning or restocking. I wouldn't like to say the staff member was racist, as this is a little bit of a low blow, but there was a man sitting at the table near us who didn't have a drink and was reading a newspaper. She didn't approach him at all. More training needed please Costa!
