   This is overpriced least value for money displaying misleading prices. So fruit juice in this case fresh orange juice( which in my book is fruit juice ! ) labelled 2.95 charged at 5.95 Pack of Katie crisps 1.95 but not marked Go to a proper place guys unless you want to be fleeced it looked empty so it's a clue also, the waitress did not explain and treated the querying in impolite way

   What a fabulous find. The wraps were delicious. My mum and I had crayfish and avocado and my dad had chicken bacon and sweetcorn. The service fantastic. A special mention needs to be made to Ivan and Genta who made the whole experience even more wonderful. They could not have been more helpful or fríendly. Will definitely be back

   I visited this café with my husband and our 5-year-old child. Unfortunately, we had a very unpleasant experience. My child witnessed an uncomfortable scene where one of the baristas started yelling at her colleague — the one taking orders — in front of several customers, including us. She was shouting that her colleague made a mistake when entering the order into the system. My husband politely told her that this behavior was inappropriate and disrespectful toward both her colleague and the customers who were present. Instead of calming down, she became even more aggressive, speaking to my husband in a rude and confrontational tone, saying that it was none of our business and that we should mind our own. Then, a man came from behind the counter, acting just as aggressively, trying to provoke my husband. When we asked to speak with the manager, they claimed that they were the managers. To make matters worse, after we sat down, we realized that our order was wrong. When we pointed this out, the same woman came to our table, slammed the receipt down, and continued to act confrontationally. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience, and we will definitely never order from this café again.

   Very poor quality of food. I had a jacket potato was asked if I wanted salad and coleslaw I thought it was included in the price but was charged for it. The food was over microwaved despite saying it was cooked fresh. The glasses were dirty and smelt if dirty water, in fact the was an over riding smell of stale/stagnant water. It is my first time eating here and I won’t be returning

   Had a chicken escalope which was lovely and a good size for what I paid. The coffee was standard, nothing terrible. The staff were friendly too. I would go back if I wanted lunch again while shopping.

   Good food and coffee but awful customer service from a lady manager / staff who was very rude by questioning me and trying to intimidate me when I rightly and justly asked for a refund for being charged for drinks that should have come with the kids meal. Her colleagues agreed I was correct but she would not listen to them. She was extremely unfriendly, all over refund request, which was as agreed by another colleague who gave me £3 refund and said he will bring me the remaining £2. When I hadn’t received it, I asked for my receipt and the £2 promised a gentleman staff politely said yea of course as agreed earlier but this lady interrupted and spoke to me in a condescending tone and very unfriendly facial expression. What should have been a nice experience for my me and my sons ended in a horrible and uncomfortable feeling. I wouldn’t go back again that’s not what anyone should experience when spending their money. All over £5 refund request -my recipient is evidence

   Very ordinary and average food at premium price , Rude staff , Well over priced and Plz check you Bill. I have been charged for items which I didn't even ordered . Menu shows items as meal but charged saperately. Better walk away.

   The waiting time to place an order was like 20 minutes, thought there wasn't busy. All kind off milks were mixed in the same mug. The same gloves to put butter on clients bread and to touch rubbish... Waiting time for order was like 30 minutes.. ohh if you are hungry i advise you do not come here. This was first and last time here.

   This place is hardly busy! That’s the best thing, away from the busy food court and shoppers, it’s located in middle of shopping centre with lots of seating. Quality of food great and if you fancy something different from the usual shopping centre food shops, give them a try… Also they do a breakfast deal with a hot drink for £7.95
