   One of the coziest spots around the area, for me as a student especially. Coffee always great, snacks very delicious. Staff is very kind and friendly! For me this is the first coffee place that comes to mind when I have assignments to work on or want to simply have a coffee with my book. Great job!

   Flies in the cake cabinet. When I pointed this out I was told ‘they’re everywhere these days.’ The next customer also commented on the flies. I contacted customer service online and was offered points/beans as a ‘gesture of goodwill’ which would have got me half a cup of coffee. I declined and won’t be returning. Plenty of better places for coffee in Egham and elsewhere. Do better Costa Coffee!

   I'm currently sitting in Costa, Egham High Street and I cannot believe the genuinely amazing customer service I have received and witnessed from Michael. Not only does he get the coffee absolutely right he adds extra magic to my very fussy 3 year old. I have also seen other customers leave with great customer service from him. Great job and can't wait to come back again!

   Tried to get a coffee here a couple of times now and it’s becoming a joke. Google says closes at 18.00 but shop sign changed to 17.30. Get here for 17.00 and they already closed. So what time does this place shut. Guess I’ll stick with Starbucks. At least they open when they say they are.
