Great coffee shop, but the Wi-Fi connection and phone signal are really bad. I came here to study, but I haven’t managed to do anything because it takes around 10 seconds just to load a single website. Even sending a message on WhatsApp takes a couple of seconds. I’ve noticed this in almost every Caffè Nero in London—if not all of them—the Wi-Fi connection is very weak and there’s barely any phone signal inside.

An inexperienced trainee who clearly didn't fully understand English was left to fend for herself with no supervision, and ultimately ended up messing up my order. She was at fault but it seems that this situation could have been avoided with more effective management and recruitment. I asked for no cream. She said ok. She even input no cream in the till... Luckily I caught on that she'd actually put cream in my drink before my second sip to avoid the inevitable issues this would have caused for me. Customers usually minus or swap out ingredients for very good reason and staff failing to account for this will lead to medical issues of varying severity. There needs to be a base level of competency to avoid this.

This place used to be great, but this past months they mistake my drink every single time and serve me something I haven’t order. Definitely not coming back any more

Kind stuff and good service. Drinks and food are great but the place needs renovations and better cleaning.

This is one of the busier Caffè neros in Hammersmith and the staff are very friendly. Despite it being busy they serve you quickly. They have a variety of hot drinks which has the oat milk I like in my coffee. There is a disabled toilet. They have super comfortable sofas and also some outside seating. They have pastries, toasties, cold drinks and things for a quick lunch. It is affordable and has a rewards scheme where you can collect stamps if you visit regularly to get a free coffee after so many visits. You can do this on the Caffè nero app alternatively.

It used to be my favourite place until new management took over approx 1 year ago. The place extremely not clean with always learners staff. Toilets out of order most of days. The AC broken down during the heat wave and flying insects everywhere. It is common to watch customers arguing with the staff about services or using toilets....

This Caffè Nero is the worst I have ever been to. There are small flies everywhere behind the till and the food preparation area, all over the walls. (The black dots on the poster behind the till in the picture are all flies). I excused that thinking perhaps it was due to the heat but then after ordering my tea and drinking I asked to use the toilet and it was absolutely FILTHY. As a heavily pregnant woman I was desperate to use the loo but I could not bring myself to use the toilet in that state. I complained to a worker with a thick French accent who I believe was the manager and he simply kept repeating that he will get someone to sort it soon. I explained that I am heavily pregnant which of course was visible and asked if I could use the the staff toilet instead as I was desperate. He laughed and said “absolutely not” which I was very upset by. It’s been over 15mins and I am still waiting to use the toilet once they clean it. I am surprised they haven’t been shut down by the food standards agency. I will not be visiting this Caffè Nero again.
