Always stop for a coffee treat after shopping. The American server is fabulous, professional and friendly. Its unfortunate a female server kicked us off the chairs inside when its only 4pm and all other seats are occupied. She could do with retraining given we are elderly with joint pain.
5 stars for John!!. He has the most amazing energy, friendly and vibrant. Just what we needed early in the morning. Protect John at all costs!
Didn’t actually get to order. Our family were the only ones in store. No acknowledgement from the 2 staff members for the 5 minutes we were waiting. One was banging her pot on the counter (I assume for an online order) the other, back turned, completely aware we were there, but refused to acknowledge us at all. We got bored and popped over to the Neros across the road. Nero’s had friendly staff and made our family lovely drinks and food.
I visited yesterday morning and grabbed my coffee. The cashier who took my order I believe his name was John oh my goodness, what a lovely guy! His service was amazing. He was so friendly and welcoming, the customer service truly made my day. The barista who made my coffee also deserves a big compliment it was the best coffee I’ve ever had at Starbucks. Well done to both of you!
This place is an absolute joke you pay nearly £18 to be given the wrong coffee not once but twice I requested an iced white chocolate mocha with cream it was just the iced mocha then when I had mentioned it not a fresh one made just pumped the syrup into the cup and told to stir it myself. And still no whipcream or a fresh coffee. The service in this establishment is probably one of the worse that I have visited and to be honest I wouldn't recommend anyone come here not the cleanest. Also for one or there staff to be stating at me until i then asked what the problem was to where he was like nothing and started pointing that his looking at everyone. Really bad service
Not felling unwelcoming from the man who served me his name is Pedro, hardly speak. He interrupted me while speaking, without waiting for me to complete my order. No please, no thank you, no you are welcome. Looked like he really didn't want to be there.
Always so slooowwww, rude staff with not a smile between them. Got my order 1 coffee order wrong (cup size and milk choice) but couldn't be bothered to stand and wait for a new one to be made. Avoid if possible, nice coffee shop opposite!

Got a simple hot chocolate, was pleased with price and drink. Midway through drink I noticed little oil bubbles that looked very unhealthy and gross. Family had it too, and couldn't finish rest of drink. Cookies and cream frappe is good, but not that worth it. Okay service. Expensive. Bad atmosphere. Dirty. I guess it depends which Starbucks you go to and what your taste is like.
