   I visited this Costa Coffee at its opening time, 6:30 am.
The atmosphere was very calm, very clean, with all the croissants and pastries ready. It’s clear that the staff must have been working since 5:30, yet I was welcomed very kindly, a sign of people who truly love their job, which is a rare thing. The restrooms were also very clean.
Both the entrance and the restrooms are accessible for people who need to use a wheelchair. Perfect for workers who get up early to go to work like me, as well as for studying or meeting friends.
Certainly, at different times of the day the coffee shop will be full of people. I will make sure to come back and add something more to this review, hopefully only positives (and not negatives). Parking until 8.30 free, in Carlton Dr ( two minutes walk)

   Use a lot and seen other reviews. Agree Gutherberg, Magda, and particularly Melika and newcomer Jack/Jake doing a serious good job - fabulous drinks! Long may they remain!!. Thanks Only negatives - toilets sometimes not so good, and lady - tall, long dark hair (nurioa?) perhaps a touch tense and does not engage as well as others/at times a touch rude?!!

   I love this Costa and I’m a regular attendee! It’s so great having a community in Costa locally and the service is always phenomenal. Guthemberg, Melika and Nurjia are incredible and help brighten my day. Thank you for great service!

   Great location, however the staff were completely uninterested in serving us (fyi and reference, this is Christmas time and the staff are wearing Christmas jumpers and Christmas items in their hair....) This is the season of goodwill and being friendly to people yet we were definitely served by a female Scrooge who couldn't have been more unfriendly, uninterested and couldn't even bring herself to make any eye contact with us. It was like we were imposing on her own personal time. Not that she is being paid to provide customer service or anything. I was staggered how unaware she was that this lack of professionalism to her is ok. Once we received the items just plonked down on the table , the drinks seemed more like a nightmare before Christmas drink rather than anything from the festive menu. No care, love or artistry for the Christmas drink offerings. The final slap in the face was my terrys chocolate orange hot chocolate had no more Terry's chocolate orange segments left, so they gave me an after eight mint instead..??? Great, so I want orange, chocolate and mint flavoured hot chocolate.... It's such a half hearted and non caring customer service we all receive now which is a wider scaled issue in many coffee and other establishments now...and we pay through the nose for these 'experiences' now..........awful...

   Great team in this branch. Always attentive. If you like a big coffee this and Starbucks are the place to go. Neither serve delicious coffee imo however it is what it is and much needed on rhe way to work.

   The food and drinks here are amazing and very tasty. You are able to different rewards with the Costa reward app, the staff are always friendly and serve you with a smile, greet you as they take your order and say enjoy your day when you leave
