   Booked travel vaccines at this private clinic that my GP doesn't provide. Kept waiting 40 minutes past my appointment time with no clear direction from the reception team on how long it would take to be seen. The nurse we saw didn't seem to show any empathy that she was running ridiculously late and can understand that some appointments may take longer than others but by the time we were called in, there were at least 4 other patients waiting to be seen (clearly much later than their appointed times). I ended up cancelling further appointments. By contrast, my NHS GP provided some travel vaccines the week before where I was seen within 5-10 minutes of my appointment time. There are many more travel clinics that have just as competitive pricing but a higher standard of patient care and empathy, I wouldn't go back here.

   Easy to use, has a lot more choices for documentation that IATA, such as National ID, etc., and it generates the return leg without you having to re enter the data again. However, some of the results didn't make sense. For example, when I added a second passport (from the country I was leaving from and returning to), I got a more restrictive result than if I did not have it all! Also, it seems most of the airlines are using IATA, so be sure to check the software your airline has contracted with before finalizing anything.

   This site is completely unreliable, and many passengers are being disembarked for non-compliant documents. For example, in Guinea-Bissau, Traveldoc indicated a PCR test, even though a full vaccination course was sufficient. Many passengers disembarked via TAP. The same goes for visas.

   I gave one star, just to be able to leave a message so that people get aware of the disaster your bad solution could cause! I got refused by the airline because according to your API, my travel documents are not enough to enter Costa Rica. We didn't onboard the plane, got super stressed and lost lots of money! That was supposed to be our honey-moon voyage. PLEASE! Update your data base/source/API ! Make clear disclaimer on your site and communicate to your clients(airlines), that you are NOT a bible !!
