   One and only, my favourite cafe in Croydon! The service is excellent, and the staff are the cutest I've ever met. I visit this café around my lunch break every day. I've been to many Caffe Nero branches, but this particular one is the best so far. It's a very cozy environment, perfect for escaping the hectic pace of work and daily life.

   We attended today around 1 pm, and the male barista was so considerate and polite. The beans on the cappuccino were so good. And he added extra foam, as we requested as well. Thank you for making our trip back to croydon house of Fraser so special, and we could reminisce our times going there weekly.

   HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE PLEASE AVOID! There’s a nasty older woman (as the other bad reviews say), and, apparently, she’s a ‘manager’ who’s got a hostile attitude and also a bald-headed guy. From the moment we walked in they were super disrespectful, uninterested and not knowledgeable about the drinks at all. We asked for their names to make a complaint and they refused to give them and the man manager then came around the till and stood really close to us to intimidate us. We asked him to move back and he said I am going to stand here all day. Then he proceeded to tell us to never return. I am absolutely appalled. We felt racially profiled. This should not be happening in 2023! Both of these staff need to be investigated immediately.

   There are two women staff at this branch. The manager is a downright rude, angry, small-minded person in whose lexicon the words, "customer service" do not exist. She is mean. And so is the other young lady. She smiles and appears friendly but doesn't think twice before letting out her words. Pathetic, pathetic, pathetic people.

   Today I came with my friend and our 2years old baby and the lady middle age giving me nasty looks after I apologise if my baby a bit noise but baby wasn't even yelling or crying but she gave me the look that making me doesn't want to come there again. And no wonder she got many bad reviews towards her attitude to customer. Please she needs more training how to give a good service since people come and paying for that, not for free stuff. But the guy was so kind.

   Came in at 4:25 on the 29/12/22 lady was finishing making a drink for the previous customer then turns around to me and says she’s closed. I said you close at 4:30? She said yes I said well you have 5 mins and she refused to make me drink. Not to mention the fact I was standing there for a good 2/3 mins with my pushchair so not hard to see I was waiting from before. A good 8 mins before closing time. Great way to treat your customers. Thanks lady

   There are lots of branches of Caffe Nero about but this one is located inside House of Fraser. If I didn't pop into House of Fraser I would not have discovered it. The selection of cakes and pastries are quite good. There is a cold drinks cabinet for non coffee drinkers.
