Had a really fun day with my almost 2 year old! Clean, plenty of equipment and lovely staff. Will definitely be back again.
I visited this soft play a while back and honestly found it quite dark and unwelcoming but wow, what a transformation! Went again today after the refurb and it’s like a completely different place. So bright, fresh and inviting! The new owner has done an amazing job turning it around. We’ll definitely be back soon!
This place definitely needed some love, but has been bought recently and had a refresh which is great! Birthday party here has been great, food was still warm for the kids which you don't often get at soft play parties. Kids had a great time
Nice place especially with membership. They does kids discos which makes a lot of fun for kids. They have baby change and a huge soft play area. The second area for under’s 2 it’s a lot to do as well for kids. It has some visible tears in a soft play but it’s still safe. It has free car park on site but you can park on the street as it’s always has space.
Brilliant soft play facilities for my 22 month old son. We ordered food which was actually quite nice. Liked how friendly the greeting was on arrival and how we were shown to a table (of our choosing). Staff were really helpful and it was very clean. Also really liked the late closing time of both the cafe and the soft play. In fact there wasn’t anything that I didn’t like. My son had a fab time, as did I!
Went at 9am and it was the perfect time on a Sunday - a good amount of kids to not have to worry about it being too busy for our son. Great soft play areas and the bacon sandwich was great! I think the prices are a little high, but I can understand as the quality of the sarnie was better than other places we go to for the kids
The soft play area is nice, I saw the staff asking older children to be careful around smaller ones. They warned me about the 40 minutes waiting time but not that my food would be dry and burnt (paid almost £10 for this). And the hot drink didn’t arrive until after the food she I asked about it.

Had my 1 year old grand daughters birthday party here, it was very busy but the staff were great, friendly & helpful as we'd never been before. Play areas are really good. The kids loved it, unfortunately one of them got a bit too excited & was sick, but the staff were really great & took care of it immediately, luckily it was at the end of the day, so thank you.
