   I came few times to this branch and the food and service was very good. Today (10.09.2025) I came in a hurry and Najma (I hope I wrote her name correctly) provided a great service and showed kindness and understanding! Thank you so much! I will definitely be back and I will tell my friends who live around the area or are popping to the Overground line to stop by and enjoy a great cuppa!

   This is right on the high street corner shop with great ambience. The staff was really good the food and service was great. The coffee was as usual great at costa. Highly recommended the easier way is from the Blackhorse station take a 158 bus and right outside the shop you can grab your favourite cuppa

   Gone off Costa. Too expensive for artificial , boring coffee in cups that are overfilled and hard to drink out off. Only ever use them in extremis and when gasping on a motorway....when the only alternative is the even more distasteful Starbucks. No ta.

   As a pregnant person I walked into the store to buy coffee for myself. I was really desperate to use the toilet before placing my order, the girls at the counter was so not helpful and rude. They tried accusing me that I was going to lie, use the toilet and not buy a coffee. By my body language they could see I was really struggling and still did not open the toilet door they forced me to first buy something. I understand they made be general rules in places however, I also believe that staff can be more understanding to a pregnant customer. After purchasing my drink they allowed me to use the toilet. When I was out the toilet the drink was just about warm when I requested extra hot. I was still thanking the girls and tried ignoring the situation, they decided to whisper at each other and made a joke of me as they were directly looking at me and laughing at me!!! I would never go back to that store as I felt really uncomfortable and I believe the behaviour of the staff was not acceptable. Words cannot explain my frustration right now as a calm person I did not in any way treat them bad or disrespect them however, staff of costa chose to do opposite to what is required of them in a workplace.

   next door to Walthamstow Cental Station, handy to get yourself something take away for the morning to take with you on your way to work. Relaxing place to chat or work on your laptop while having something from the counter. Being my second time there since I live local and pass the place so often.
