   I go to this Costa regularly and Katya and Dilara are the reason why. They always make the best drinks and their happy, upbeat energy in the mornings genuinely brightens my day. Absolutely fantastic!

   Everything is very nice, but the staff is terribly slow, two people waited over 30 minutes for 2 coffees, otherwise everything else is good, the desserts are fresh, juicy, the coffee is unique, but the staff needs to be changed if they work so slowly?

   regular here and love the coffee here. Since I go in the mornings, the staffs from early mornings are amazing, always kind and patience. Haven’t seen any orders getting mixed up or any mess up. Definitely prefer this place over others.

   Tea should not be served with hot milk. And cream on the hot chocolate was too cold! And although I was asked if I wanted take away and I said no, so I was given proper crockery, my daughter wasn't even asked, even though we were together, and she was given a takeaway cup! Not very eco friendly... And fly on uncovered cake at the counter. And flies at our table.

   If the owner of this place doesn’t go and control this Costa will soon closes down , bunch a rude yongish girls running it , some of them rude , untrustworthy, like the other day I found a power bank I gave to one of the girl asked her if someone looked for it give it back to them , her shift is finished I was still there , it came to my mind that she took the power bank for herself , I went to one of the girl who just started her shift and I said I lost a power bank here , did somebody by any chance found it and gave it to you , she looked for it and said no no one has found it !!!! And they all have agreed to tell the poor customers that the toilet are out of order to avoid clean the toilet !!!! They use it themselves but when a customer asks they say it’s out of order !!!!!

   I used to came 3 times a week with friends. But this one of the staff member. I asked an other staff member she said that she is a store manager. Please give her a attitude course or something. Always when I come to this store. There is always a customer complaining about her. And if she is a manager she has to be a professional in making coffee. Coffee was horrible.

   Oh dear, this branch used to be fantastic but has had a serious decline in quality from my last two visits. The visit before were staff being extremely tardy with drinks and orders. On that day before, the queue went out the door, and it took someone in the back of the line complaining for drinks to actually be made in a timely way. My drink tasted poor which I only realised after reaching the car. On this occasion, they couldn't make any frappes because I think they didn't have the ingredients to do them, and the staff were generally tardy and inattentive again. There were 3 staff that day, and 2 of them seemed very flighty, they made the drinks sub par, and forgot my wife's drink completely. The 2 flighty staff disappeared in the back and the 1 that was left we complained to and she made the drinks and apologised to us. I started drinking my latte after we left and it literally tasted like just warm milk, another poorly made drink. I was too fed up to go back and complain, but likely won't be back again.

   if I could leave 0 star I honestly would. this has to be THE WORST costa in the history of mankind. today was an uncomfortable experience, after ordering and telling the lady our order we then had to wait about 6 hours to actually get the coffee, but before that we had to go through many obstacles. 1) the barista was making the coffee with NORMAL MILK even though we requested oat milk, if it wasn't for my girlfriend realising this this could of been fatal, not only to me but to anyone that may be allergic or something. 2) VERY RUDE STAFF. upon confronting the barista my girlfriend was met with a very nasty attitude which honestly made us shocked, the barista was telling us that's its not her fault etc, however we wasn't blaming anyone it was just a simple matter that we ordered something and it was totally incorrect if it wasn't for us realising. 3) we almost had to verbally battle our way to get our coffees. if waiting literally like 6 hours wasn't enough we were spoken to like dirt. 4) THEY RAN OUT OF ICE. THEY RAN OUT OF ICE ON A SUMMERS HOT DAY, ON A SUNDAY (the busiest day where everyone is off work) & to make things even more funnier it was only 11am. absolutely shambolic. this costa has to be the worst in the area, maybe even world. severely understaffed. the abuse my girlfriend received was not nice, definitely put me off costa for a while.
