   I politely asked for a serviette from someone in the back as they walked out onto the floor, as both the baristas were busy. She responded yes then walked off, I waited, she walked back and then just ignored me. After a couple of minutes I asked her about the serviette while she was n the back and she STILL ignored me. It was ONLY then that the male barrista finally acknowledge me and all he said was "we are very busy". I explained I had been waiting a while just for one serviette, then he and the kitchen staff member continued to ignore. Then the other female barrista FINALLY gave me a serviette that took a whole 2 seconds. I felt compelted discriminated against. I would NEVER go here because of how rude the staff are and how they treated me.

   I Stepping into Caffè Nero on Saturday 13th, the queue was daunting, yet the experience was flawless. Despite the rush, the line moved with surprising speed. Every member of staff was friendly, professional, and on-point. They didn't just manage the bar; baristas constantly swept through the floor, ensuring tables were swiftly cleared so customers could immediately sit and genuinely relax.

   Im a big Cafe Nero advocate, this cafe was my home during my A-level studies and has always been a lovely place to have warm coffee on a dismal rainy day. Unfortunately today, around 7 I went in to have a coffee on my way home from work and this was the conditions of the outside seating. There were 4 inside the serving area and no one in line to be served. I understand Christmas is a busy season but the amount of build up outside was over a couple of hours at the very least and should be kept on top of throughout the day. A worker came to clean the tables at 7.30 and once she had finished asked us to leave. I understand asking us to leave as you are closing up but it would be appreciated for the area to be cleaned for customer use not just for a close down.

   I pop in pretty much once per week. Sometimes has queues but service is efficient and always friendly. I haven't really had the food here, just a baked good. Food always well displayed and looks appealing. I generally prefer the drinks selection here compared to Costa and Starbucks. Also has an outdoor seating area which is handy when it's a bit busy inside.

   Everything is good. We spent hours sitting there ordering just a coffee, since we have to work together on something. The only problem with this is it doesn't have washrooms. For people who like to have there and sit for a long time, the washroom facility is troubling.

   This is my absolutely favourite place, I love going, the ambiance, the vibe, the food, its's just amazing. I SUPER RECOMMENT IT, TRY THE PISTACHIO COFFEE, AND THE FRAPPE MOCHA, WITH SIDE OF CINAMMON ROLL, IT CAN LITERALLY FIX A BROKEN MARRIAGE.

   It was around 4pm that I queued up there was only 1 barista at the time it was so many of us waiting on the queue. The guy was serving so slow also I asked if there is anyone to help him he said no he is alone. 1 of the busiest nero in the 1 of the biggest shopping centre in London working only 1 person is not normal. I waited around 10 minutes he couldn't even serve to 1 person. Then I left without getting served. Was really bad experience.
