   Great branch of Costa with excellent staff. Coffee is also excellent. Sunny outdoor area makes it a good place to visit if you have a dog. Costa as company overall became too mean with regards to portion control and pricing so we chose to move on independant coffee shops that provide better value. This in no way reflects on those who work here, though, who are mostly really nice people.

   Blackheath hill Costa coffee, The customer service at the London Costa coffee shop is the best. They prepare the coffee exactly how you want it, and the staff are friendly too. Overall, the manager is amazing.

   After getting my order wrong the first time. I eventually got my matcha latte,and what I recieved was a recieved a cup of milk with a spoon of matcha powder thrown on top, wasn't properly mixed, tasted like watered down milk. Ordered a hot coffee later on, milk tasted burnt. They need to teach their staff how to actually make coffee. Such terrible coffee, and. Especially for that price.

   Lovely, modern Costa in the middle of a trading estate in Blackheath. Drive-thru on site, so easy to get a quick drink. Plenty of seating inside and out, friendly staff. Plenty of parking, just be careful if you have a large SUV. 100% recommend.

   The coffee itself is exceptional! If you're looking for a coffee spot that offers both outstanding drinks and a great atmosphere, look no further than Costa Blackheath. I enjoy every moment with a great cup of coffee, this place never disappoints! Speaking of the baristas, the staff here is what makes this place truly stand out. They’re not only skilled but also incredibly welcoming and attentive. They take the time to recommend drinks, chat with regulars, and ensure every order is just right. Their passion for coffee and customer service shines through in everything they do. Highly recommend!

   very poor service! easy to say staff was moody like a smile would hurt them! messed up 3 out of 4 items on my order & while stood waiting they messed next two customers orders up. tried to charge me twice for whipped cream. gingerbread latte was warm not hot & was very weak.

   Really nice modern Costa coffee. Drive through as well. On the main route between blackheath and Greenwich. Can get busy but the staff handle it well. Manager and senior staff here are great. Always smiling and helpful. Płace is kept clean and tidy.

   Had an amazing experience at this Costa this morning. The staff here are absolutely amazing. Very helpful and friendly. Purchased some glass bottles as gifts for Christmas and was absolutely amazed that the person serving had kept all the original packaging so my goods won’t get damaged. Really appreciate this type of attention to detail. Not to mention the store is absolutely immaculate. With this type of friendly service, it can turn any bad say around. You guys are 10/10

   Situated in the car park of Wickes / Pets at Home, this branch of Costa is always busy at the drive through but has a good amount of seating inside. They stock the M&S range of sandwiches and have the normal Costa treats. Service is friendly and you never have to wait long for your drink to be prepared. A good branch to pop into if your near.

   We enjoyed it very much, went there with my brother who was visiting from Sweden. I was worried we would not find anythinh for him to eat as he is gluten and lactose intolerant but we were pleasantly surprised to find something for him too which was amazing.
