   Every time I go to this Costa, I’m told to wait at the collection point for app orders. So I do, yet today, I was waiting for a long time and I saw my drink just left on the counter when I picked up my drink the staff member acted like I’d committed a crime! I was spoken to harshly and told "Why was you just standing there" did he want me to stand on his head? I’ve never heard to not stand at the collection point area when you have made an order, honestly serious staff training is needed. The inconsistent instructions and attitude is frankly pathetic. If your not happy with your job im sure you can leave!

   A brilliant coffee shop for the amazing views. The Costa is within the UEL docklands campus. The Costa is not the biggest and there is not alot of sitting space. The food and hot chocolate are overpriced but are good quality (hot chocolate and sandwich around £9). The staff are lovely and the service was fast.
