   Who denies for water ??? This location of Starbucks does. This lady here Josian was so rude that she don’t want to treat people with humanity. Starbucks has always been on my top list for coffee to start my day. But this kind of service is definitely something that is really concerning. The manager there also supported her. When i asked the questions that’s when an Indian guy comes with a water . I am really unhappy about this service.

   I never reviewed Starbucks but today’s experience seeing the barista get her fingers stuck into her butt crack (on top of trousers mind) and work on getting her panties out from her bum was not the disturbing thing, we all been there! It’s the fact she didn’t head straight to the sink to wash her hands afterwards and got on with making coffee’s!

   **Terrible Service and Unprofessional Staff** I’ve visited Starbucks worldwide, but my experience at the Westfield location was the worst by far. One staff member was extremely rude, using her phone while making my drink and ignoring my dairy allergy, then throwing the drink away without apology when she made it wrong. I waited 8 minutes while she and her colleagues chatted among themselves, completely ignoring customers. The manager clearly lacks control and seems to have no regard for customer service. This was an appalling experience – avoid this location if you value respectful, professional service.

   Rude staff member with the orange hair. Other staff accidentally charged wrong (had no issues) but the lady was being rude for no reason not only to me and other customers but her colleagues. Believes she’s the only capable staff when it’s far from the case. Needs to learn basic manners and drop the attitude

   The drink was good but there is a staff was very rude. Her name is “Aissa “ black girl .she is not paying attention with the drinks. There was 6-7 drinks to make she was talking with other staff and was using mobile phone. I hope the DM or GM is gonna take a action for this.

   Order arrived early. Driver was polite. I missed my morning Frappa so was excited to have one delivered to work. Still came cold and the banana slice was lovely. Order strawberry Frappuccino
