Great coffee especially the new Christmas ranges. The barista even customised my drink for me to make me a Black Forest mocha. It was delicious. Great customer service too and a very pleasant environment to sit, relax and enjoy. Thank you so much for the experience.
I dropped in here for supper on my way home from the organised walk I had been on. As with all branches of Costa Coffee I have been to, the staff were really kind and helpful, providing a brilliant service, and the food and drink were amazing. I would definitely visit again if I was passing through.
Busy at the weekend but quieter during the week. Limited vegan offer (and ran out of sunflower spread) but plenty of vegetarian choice. As good as anywhere else in Westfield for a pitstop.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Narcisa, in particular, was very good at her job and creative. She made me the cutest cup of coffee I ever had. I always loved Costa and had probably around 5000 coffees in 10 years, never seen one so original. Wonderful and refreshing.
This review for the owner of this Costa . Am sure you are not in the shop . I guess you have lot of money that’s why you are not bothering how this store are running by the stuff. As an customer your stuff give me goosebumps thinking how much money you are losing. Wake up the owner and wake your stuff up too. You are loosening lot of money that you could put in your pocket
I'm going here every now and then, usually wants or twice a week. I always get a coffee or something hot, sit down by the window and watch the people go by and it seems they don't mind how long I sit there for and chill out. However I do have a problem with some of the slobs who leave their stuff on the tables nearby. Please for Goodness sake throw your rubbish in the bin when you go! I love this shop dearly and I love the staff here, and they have enough to do making your coffee and serving without having to take up for your rubbish as well. I do genuinely appreciate them. Am more than happy to big them up and recommend them to anyone who asks.
VERY slow, always long queues at lunch. Inexperienced baristas. Can’t make a decent cortado. Serve people who ordered after me before me. Won’t be going back.
Myself and a colleague visited Costa this morning to order 2 hot drinks before a work meeting and my £50 note was refused without the cashier even taking a look. As a Branch Manager in Waitrose I understand there are a lot of scams going around with £50 notes but to not even take a look or call a supervisor over, I found it extremely unprofessional and humiliating
Service in here is absolutely,coffees taste more of delicious ground coffee.. I have realise that due pick hours it does get busy,most tables ended up being extremely busy..
