Came to this garage for an emergency breakdown, they were busy at the Shaws Kinmel Bay branch(my usual garage) but offered me Rhyl. The team were fantastic, the technician there, Joseph, explained everything to me and the reception staff were very helpful and pleasant. Thank you for getting me back on the road

I collected my car today and I cannot praise the service enough. I was kept up to date throughout the repair, advised on what was needed along with costs and given time lines of parts arriving and when my car would be ready. When I came to collect the cost was actually less than first estimated. I was made to feel valued from the first phone call to my last interaction today. Owning a Tesla, I have used Shaws Service Station in Rhyl for MOTs and service work and have found them to be informative, very helpfull and willing to do much more than many other garages. Danielle kept me well informed whilst Joe and Rich carried out the repair. Tesla Service in Chester were, as usual, very busy. Shaws came to my rescue, although the part required from Tesla took a little while, Danielle kept me informed, an extended wait was to be expected, as this went beyond Shaws expected repair estimate I was offered the use of a courtesy car. As it turned out, the repair was completed the following day ! Being a local company that has a Tesla experienced technician certainly makes the choice easy, it's Shaws Service Station for me !
