   I would not recommend this dental practice for Invisalign treatment. I was a patient here in 2022 and have since raised a formal complaint. During my first appointment, I was not made aware that my teeth would be drilled down. I now understand that minor shaving can be part of the Invisalign process, but in my case, the drilled areas never closed properly, leaving a visible gap between my teeth. Unfortunately, I was not offered appropriate aftercare, such as a fixed retainer, and as a result, my teeth have shifted back to their original position. Despite wearing the night guard provided for two years as instructed, it proved ineffective — by midday each day, my teeth had already moved. When I suggested composite bonding to Dr. Martin, my concerns were dismissed and I found him very dismissive at all of my appointments, I was always told “your teeth can’t get any straighter” when they clearly could. I asked him to please book me in for composite to try and hide the gap in my tooth but was told it’s “pointless” and would “stain after five years.” After seeking a second opinion elsewhere, I was advised that the aftercare I received was inadequate. I have spent thousands on Invisalign treatment and am now having to pay another practice to correct the issues caused. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the quality of care and aftercare provided.

   After being with this dental surgery for the past 12 months I had Abdul previously who whilst going through my root canal treatment with him I didn't trust him fully and he never reassured me due to me suffering with anxiety I never felt comfortable when going in for treatment he told me I was excessively bleeding during the treatment and he had to stop this triggered my anxiety and so I didn't go back after some months had he have still been there rhis review would not be 5 stars. However I had built up the courage to go back today as I desperately needed further treatment. I was surprised to find that I had a new dentist and was so thrilled!!! Harris is an absolute credit to this dental surgery he reassured me throughout talking me through each step and the treatment was world's apart from Abdul doing it. Abdul never prepped the area, Harris clamped my tooth area and put a mouth screen around I didn't feel a thing and know i am in safe hands on my next appointment! I am so happy to find out that he is my new Dentist!

   Called to make an appointment. Greeted by a girl in a half opened door .to be told they were not taken in NHS ...never asked anything To have the door ooen half an inch ..to be shut thsn a email address on a bit of paper ..wow this country has gone to pot ..customer service shocking
