What a gem of a place. We had travelled from Newcastle and after 5 hours, were in need of a chill and a pint. We were welcomed with open arms by such friendly staff and customers alike. We stayed to watch a bit live footy, a few pints and several verses of Irish music from the jukebox. We had intended to go back the next night but got soaked on the way back from wembley and had an early night instead. We will definitely be back next year, similar time, after the NFL game at Wembley β€οΈ

Great independent wet pub of the kind that is sadly diminishing. The Guinness is great and the sandwiches much appreciated.

Was in here after getting let down for oasis tickets. Locals couldn't have been more friendly. Highly recommend for a pint or two

Walked into the pub on a video call to my 3 year old daughter, saying good night as working away from home, as I walked by the bar I said I will grab a drink in a moment, the woman said she would turn the football off if I didnβt order a drink(I had every intention to obviously, the game had only just kicked off) I laughed and said I will grab one in a moment, I thought she was kidding, moments later whilst I was still on the phone, she was staring at me and said βHurry up!β I asked her if she was being serious to which she said βYeahβ I was slightly unsettled by this so I ended the call with my daughter and Mrs. I went to the bar and said, sorry Iβve just been on the phone to my daughter, to which she said βTake it outsideβ by this point there was no way I was going to spend money in there. As I walked toward the door to leave she asked me again βWhat are you havin?β Been in there several times prior to this but will not be back - Rude woman, absolutely no need to be like that towards customers

Awful pub needs to be shut down. I went in for a quick drink a double jd and coke , when I ordered it there was a half full bottle of coke on the sie that someone had been drinking and the barman asked if it was OK if he used that . Wouldn't go back if it was the last pub on earth would rather drink white lightning on a park bench

What a find, great little bar close to the Premier Inn Hotel. Beer was good and so was the hospitality.

Came here by mistake. They did not have the finest wines known to humanity BUT we could order 2 large whiskeys and 2 pairs of pints. They have a juke box in here and no one tried to murder the pair of us (actually their quite friendly).
