   Eye wateringly rude and unhelpful staff that completely ignore people at the tills and don’t want to help anyone. Avoid and go to the coop, it’s nicer and the staff are friendlier.

   I use this store on a daily basis. In fact, I've used it in its various incarnations for the past 26 years. The staff are always friendly, helpful and make you feel welcome. I've rarely had any trouble finding what I need there and I can't complain about the competitive prices. There are two other convenience stores within the same distance which offer similar services so, obviously, if the store and service were as bad as some reviews suggest I would have used those. The staff here go above and beyond for their customers. Some people need to recognise the customer demographic of Loundsley Green. It is a mixture of elderly and young couples. Is it sometimes busy? Yes, of course, but all the staff take the time to make sure every customer is treated with respect and dignity. For many of the elderly customers, a visit to the store may be the only human contact they have all day and I believe not enough people appreciate this. Younger customers struggling with shopping and dealing with small children also can take a little bit longer at the check-out. So what? Overall, the staff cope brilliantly with what can be a very thankless task. Thank you all for what you do and how you do it. 5 stars all round from a very satisfied customer!!

   Its alright the staffs nice and its clean its just the stuff is so overpriced like lets say a galaxy chocolate bar 50p well its £1 there so its just very overpriced

   It’s a decent shop with a few nice members of staff and a decent post office counter, but the bald headed bloke can be really rude. He is obnoxious, a know it all and completely patronising. He needs to learn how to be nice to customers as it will definitely put people off wanting to shop there.
