   Brilliant service, as ever, from My Dentist! Eating a slice of toast, a very old crown with half the tooth broke off and I faced the prospect of a long wait to have it repaired. But not a bit of it. Within two hours of talking to a very sympathetic receptionist, I was sitting in my dentist's chair where David Gilbanks delivered his usual friendly and professional service. Within 15 minutes the world seemed a better place - yes, the tooth was fit for purpose. Excellent and extremely prompt service - my thanks to David and the team!

   First visit to this practice today. After previous dental experiences I was feeling optimistic however, the service was brilliant from start to finish. For the first time in years I left an appointment without feeling I had been ripped off. Very much the opposite. For the price of the check up I also had xrays taken and some stubborn plaque removed. So glad my colleague recommended this practice to me and I managed to get registered. Great work everyone.

   Superb experience with My Dentist Chester. Susan (dentist) transformed my mouth. Replaced all old black fillings with white and recommended a tooth brightener. Dentist had a great working partnership with the dental nurse - Lauren. Results - improved my confidence in my smile, super information and care throughout. Increased my previously diminished confidence in dentistry.

   The most disappointing private dentist appointment I've ever had unfortunately. Upon going into my first checkup, the dentist didn't bother looking at my record and asked what I was there for. I'd then had an x-ray, which she didn't look at, and upon asking if she could have a look as that's where my previous dentists found problems, she said she didn't need to as my teeth looked fine. On a separate day, with the same lady, I had a polish and scale booked. Only one tool was used, which took a few minutes and then she told me she was done. It was very expensive for me, and honestly felt like I'd been ripped off, especially as my teeth felt nowhere near as clean as they have with previous hygienists. I wanted so badly for this to be my new dentist but I just can't bring myself to book in again with this level of service.

   I've had a lot of work done this year at my dentist and the coordinated efforts of the various specialist team members there have pretty much saved my teeth! I love that they offer a treatment coordinator for complex cases, and have found everybody to be friendly, professional, and most importantly really effective. Most recent work was a root canal with Stephan and he has personally called me twice to check how my tooth is doing. Incredible service. Highly recommend. Thanks to everyone at my dentist!
