   No seating during busy times and long waits. It is however like this in most coffee shops, not just a Starbucks thing. So just an average Starbucks - nothing special.

   Stopped by Starbucks at Bluewater for a quick break. The service was fine and the place was clean, but the coffee was pretty average — my cappuccino lacked much flavour and the cookie was quite dry. Not terrible, but nothing special either. It did the job, but I’ve had better from other branches.

   Abysmal service, utterly chaotic, messy and dirty inside. Absolute chaos, store in disarray. Going to Starbucks in bluewater is never a good experience compared to London stores .. but this was a joke. 45 min wait for 1 coffee and the guy coughed on it ... amazing

   Four Coffees and four treats amounted to plenty of Bucks… Quite expensive. However the Coffee was nice enough and the snacks were very nice indeed. Queue was quite long. Seating is comfortable. Atmosphere, a little noisy but you can still chat. Overall a nice place to catch up with friends or relax alone. Recommended

   Convenient placement near the exit; located on the first floor with toilets nearby. Standard Starbucks.... nothing over and beyond the usual expectations of this chain. Plenty of seats, the only downside is that the shop is not enclosed so you get the hustle and bustle of the shopping centre whilst seated.

   Irritable staff with little empathy and poor customer service who were particularly intolerant towards the elderly couple ahead of me in the queue, who weren't quite up to speed with the process of ordering a Starbucks. When their drinks were available for collection the member of staff quietly called the lady's name once and once only. Fortunately I had the compassion to tell them their drinks were ready. Everyone was complaining about the curt service and drinks being left with handles facing away from the customer etc. Apart from the poor service and the fruit flies, I enjoyed my coffee and 5 cheese toastie.

   I honestly didn't get the hype of Starbucks, this was my first time ordering from here and it was very disappointing. There was one couple ahead of me in the queue so I was served pretty quickly, asked for my name which they wrote on a cup and I gave my order. I then waited 20 minutes for them to make my coffee and 2 coffees for the couple ahead of me. I waited so long that I had to buy a cold drink from the fridge for the wait. When I finally got my latte, there was no foam, it was just a very milky coffee. There were no stirrers and the sugar packets were rock solid, I think something had been spilt on them and they'd been left to dry and had therefore solidified. The bin was overflowing, tables were dirty with cups and spillages on them. There were no cloths to clean our own table. The place wasn't very busy and there were plenty of staff. I have always wanted to try Starbucks as a lot of people talk about how good it is, but I honestly found the experience to be very poor and would not recommend it to anyone.

   No sign of the “starbucks” company culture here, poor hygiene standards, the milk is constantly left out of the fridge. The staff come across rude and negligent, it is always very dirty, perhaps that is why the lighting is so dim - very disappointing to say the least. Myself and my family will be avoiding this location in future.
