I want to sell a house, I used them to buy the house originally. I called 3 times to get the ball rolling, they didn't respond back, each time took my details saying it would be followed up, they mustn't need the business.
Instructed to deal with probate for my family, missed important deadlines causing unnecessary delay and distress in settling the estate of the deceased. Would advise caution. In fact, we are still awaiting settlement and they don't return calls. Jessica Ball is the paralegal dealing with this. Poor service.
