   If you're a person of colour and don't like being profiled or being treated lesser than, avoid this one. Most of the staff here are actually pretty friendly and professional, but I've had repeated experiences with a specific staff member that has treated my table (at the time, the only non white table) differently, with more scrutiny on multiple occasions He came to check our IDs despite us showing out IDs when getting our drinks. We told him we showed our ID, he said he couldn't find the staff member we showed it to, so he wants to see it. While showing our IDs, he got angry at my friend for taking his ID back "too fast" and he asked me to show my ID multiple times in the same round... Theres more incidents with the same staff member, but these are the ones from last night. I'm honestly disappointed that a pub I like has a prick working there

   Place is always present with people from all walks of life. Good decent atmosphere, sometimes rowdy but it’s wetherspoons. Overall it’s always interesting and nice to be there whatever time you go, maybe the weekends are a bit too much but other than that all good. But today 12/11, 12.03am the security guy disrespected and gaslighted the hell out of the manager. Manager was trying to kick out some people but was being very decent and democratic about it. And then security come and went off for no reason and started going off on the manager and then told the manager that he said stuff which he didn’t even say and told him to go respect himself and other stuff when the manager literally did not do or say anything even the slightest bit provoking. That security guy needs to go.

   I totally recommend Wetherspoon. The food is absolutely delicious, including their 5 Chicken Bites. Crunchy, tasty and full of flavour. The food came a little slow, however it was still quite quick. The decorations were amazing, and they caught my eye as soon as I entered. Everyone seemed happy, laughing. I have come here multiple times, and each time the food was great.In conclusion, this place is something to die for.

   The Good Yarn is a great local spot with a welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the quality you get. The food service is quick and everything is served up to a good standard. It’s a comfortable place to relax, grab a bite, and enjoy a drink without breaking the bank. Definitely worth a visit!

   Typical Wetherspoons, cheap prices for cheap drinks, and food ranges from very bad to decent. I have no problem with the service especially as you order via a QR code and I was too busy chatting to notice how long it took for the food to come out. But it wasn't abnormally long, otherwise I would have definitely took note. They also have water that you can pour yourself, which is nice. The restaurant is spacious enough, slot machines at the front and bathrooms upstairs. Apparently the space used to be a tailoring shop for menswear.

1. The Whisperer ★★★★☆

   Another lovely spoons. One long room with a raised area in the back. The staff were lovely enough but they took my unfinished breakfast away while I was getting a coffee- hence my first 4 star rating. The The breakfast was as expected, if short lived, and with eggs. The pub was quite busy on Christmas eve but the staff were very efficient.

   Big space, many seats. Very convenient order by the special application, there is no need to stay in queue. Tasty pizza, fresh Budweiser and other beers.
