    A warm welcome from the landlady as soon as we walked in. Such quick service, she couldnt do enoigh for us. The food was amazing for a last minute stop for us. I would definitely recommend this pub.

    One of my local pubs. Popped in for a toasty and a drink a couple of weeks ago in their dining area. Service was great and I thoroughly enjoyed my toasty. I have also visited this pub regularly in the past to watch live sport as it has a number of TV screens. The building itself is also beautiful, not sure when exactly it was originally built but there are pictures on the wall of the pub surrounded by fields (almost impossible to imagine now!) so it's quite a historic pub too.

    Popped in for a drink before heading to see Harry Potter. The lady behind the bar was great, and even better they had my favourite cider on tap. Excellent.

    A lovely traditional pub, serving good pub food like ham , egg and chips . The landlady was very welcoming even when busy getting ready to open up . We enjoyed the homemade bread pudding with ice cream, just like my Nan used to make . Great service at the bar too.

    We popped in on the off chance they’d have a table on a busy Saturday lunchtime, and although they were really busy the lovely Scottish landlady squeezed us in for a quick lunch. It was all very tasty and the team working there were lovely!

    Absolutely awful food, worst coffee I have ever had which was really disappointing as I was getting together with family after 5 years. None of us enjoyed any of the dishes. Do not recommend having food or coffee here. Only nice element was the bottle of coke!
