A lovely local shop with friendly staff. They try to make you feel welcome by remembering your name and always being friendly. I recently went in and had a bad leg at the time and was struggling to get around so the staff member helped me get the shopping I needed and even carried it to my car. Really pleased. Thank you
I genuinely don't know where to start with this place. Who hires these people?? The staff are so rude. They leave you standing waiting at the till while they have have chat which will usually be them moaning and being rude about other customers. Theres swearing too which is completely unacceptable. They will randomly close 3 hours early or just for half an hour here or there. It feels like coming into the shop to buy something is just massively annoying and inconvenient to them. I'd rather walk or drive to a different shop than come here again unless there's a big change in the staffing situation.
Never going into here again, being called a liar from the staff because after I went out the door I released the amount doesn't add up so I went back in and told them they over charged me on my items and they said I bought four items when it was three items they kept saying it was 4 not 3, they are blind and said manager is not in for a couple of days, talk about low security
Staff are rather rude, the female staff member that served me (her name was clair) didn’t even ask why I was there or my name, just basically threw my parcel at me. Although she knew my name (from personal issues) and very clearly doesn’t like me, which is besides the point, I could’ve been anyone. Definitely won’t be shopping there again.
Come here to get dinner. Staff are always helpful and friendly. Never had any trouble.
Every time I take a parcel, they always say they can't take it. Why have a contract with evri if staff constantly refuse to take parcel. Very rude and ignorant staff.
Shocking service, rude staff. No where suitable to store parcels for evri collection. Refusing parcels due to safety. "Only allowed to fill the bag" with several parcels next to the bag and over flowing the bag. Unhelpful on where else to take parcels. Also, they seemed unaware of who is in charge of the shop for complaint procedure. Avoid
Terrible service with parcel collections, refused collection as scanner was broke. Suggested coming back after a week, parcels will of been returned by then causing me financial loss. Cashier couldn't care less. Bizarrely still accepted more parcels from Evri though afterwards as I've had another land there today.
No matter what time I try to drop off a parcel they refuse to take them. It’s absolutely disgraceful, what is the point of being a designated Hermes drop off point if you can’t even provide the service.
