   I recently lost the filling in a tooth I broke years ago. I'm not registered with any Dentist since retiring ang not having access to the work's Dentist. After sitting on the Emergency line for an hour my wife rang a couple of Dentist's in the area and Corner Dental had a spot they could squeeze me into. An hour after calling I was sat / lay in the chair while Chris repaired my damaged tooth. And a great repair it is too :-) Fantastic experience from start to finish and I can't recommend this surgery enough. Thanks very much Chris!!!

   I have been with this dentist since when they used to be based in Haydock then moved with them to St Helens. I have only this week been struck off by them as I missed my appointment last Friday. They sent me a reminder in the days before via email. I had no idea of this as don't get email alerts. I only found out yesterday as they texted me to say I had missed it which alerted me straightaway. I rang to explain why I didn't attend but was told I would no longer able to access their services. I have previously missed other appointments and at the time did tell them to send a text reminder not an email. I work on building sites not office based so checking emails don't get my attention often. Its ironic that they will text me to say I've missed it but can only email a reminder in the days before. If they had texted me as I had asked I would have been there on the day on time. Its almost like they want to remove you from their patient list maybe for someone who might be more profitable for them maybe?

   I’ve been with this dentist for years I mean when they used to be in Haydock.Katie my dentist is absolutely fantastic she can’t do enough to help if you have a problem. Just recently been took of the books because I was 2 days late in making my appointment to stay with them I told the receptionist this and tried to explain to her that I’m a full time care for both of my parents and struggling with Bereavement sometimes I really just forget my own things I need to do and she was so snotty and rude I really don’t no how on this earth she got the job there because she isn’t a people person and a right miserable cow !

   I am fortunate enough to have been added at the practice when I moved to St Helens from London. Both my Hygienist and Dentist are excellent and provide excellent dental care and advice. I felt the need to share a positive experience, as, unfortunately, some of the reviews here are far from that. It seems to be a natural behavior nowadays to leave a bad review, even when you are clearly in the wrong or just out of spite. If you can get a place at this Practice, I truly recommend you accept.

   I’m at the dentist in the back and the dentist her self was amazing!! So this review is not about her at all! The receptionist however was appalling, if your job makes you so miserable then leave!! She was extremely rude and arrogant not only to me but was near to screaming down the phone to another person saying she didn’t have time for her! If you can’t do your job then leave woman!! Been here for years and I mean since I was a child And she has always had that face on her.

   I have been with Corner Dental for about 7 years, however in recent months, it has taken a severe downturn. I have had three different dentists over the last year. The last one I saw had no people skills at all. I have also had issues with my Dad's appointments. He as given a run down of appointments and costs but latter end of covid meant he couldn't get there, by the time we did, he was told that 6 months had gone by and he had to start again and couldn't carry forward the payment and treatment already administered. Finally after 8 months my Dad went in to get his dentures, only to find after half an hour of wearing them that the bottom ones weren't staying in his mouth, they are completely wrong. We have rang and have to go back again to have them looked at. The receptionist in the surgery at the back office where the test centre used to be, is very rude and quite condescending, she should not be in that role. She asked me over the phone if my Dad thought the teeth felt okay when he left the surgery an hour ago, I said they had only just been put in his mouth, how was he to know? As if she had fitted them herself. I for one will be moving dentist which is a shame as when I came back to ST Helens 10 years ago, I found them the best out of the ones I tried.

   The receptionist is so short she makes you feel as though you have done something wrong by Merely being at the dentist. I have been with this dentist for years but now am looking to move because my mental health just can’t take this person

   Had an appointment with the hygienist today and was so happy with the care I received. The receptionist were all very friendly and helpful and I wasn’t left waiting long. The hygienist Bobby was phenomenal, he has so much patience and is so kind. He gave me some brilliant advice and really made the time to make me feel at ease and comfortable. Can not recommend the team enough
