   Don't hire the hall if you want to have a band playing or a DJ. To be fair to the club we'll start with the positives: Good sized room, nice staff, great stage area, powerful PA system (no point), clean toilets. Negatives: Car parking is limited to about 10 spaces. What makes it unusable: The noise limiter! Basically anything louder than a hoover will turn the stage power off. It sounds like an exaggeration but it's true. It probably cut the power about 10 times during the night. During band sets, during the DJ set in between band sets. After the band and DJ had finished a party goer connected their phone to keep the party going it cut the power again. We could have run an extension from an off stage socket to bypass this system but the venue wouldn't let us. If you want to hire the room to play cards, Perfect. Other than that it's a no no.

   If you’re thinking of booking an event here, be aware that the hall has a sound limiter/power cutoff installed which is set to a volume which is too low for discos or live music.

   Hired out the hall to throw our daughters first birthday! It was a great space and can’t wait to use it whenever we have another function. Kids party was 1-4pm we had access to the place from 12 and cleaned up and handed over by 5. Only downfall is parking on site is limited. Loved how it was all one level and very accessible. Bar staff was amazing through the whole event. Air con was an amazing bonus!

   Love this place went to a Christmas party for the kids where you buy a ticket and the kids get a Christmas present really nice pub and so bloody cheap for drinks .

   Enquired about baby shower that was fine as soon as I mentioned 21st birthday it was a no I find this quite upsetting my niece us having a baby plus it's her 21st none of us drink it was just to celebrate a life and a milestone.

   Visited the hall at the back of club. It is nice little space accomodating ~100 people for a private event. We had a staged event, which went well. Have seen better venues than this but there was nothing that I could find wrong with the venue, 3 stars is just an overall comparison with others.
