   We were lucky enough to win free roast dinner for 2 via @epsomandewellfamilies We are locals so have been in the pub a few times recently for drinks, but have not eaten. The roast dinner was very generous in portion size and the beef was cooked perfectly. The youkshire puddings were huge and light and the red wine gravy was lovely. I’d recommend Sunday lunch.

   We had a wonderful roast dinner today, it’s was the best pub roast, I had in long time, very accommodating to my son’s non-veg with extra potatoes, and extra gravy. Service was excellent I certainly will be going back. We really enjoyed it. Thank you guys mandy ellis

   I rarely recommend or do reviews as everyone likes different things. But have to let you all know that I’ve just had a fab roast at the Famous Green Man. It was quiet there but didn’t deserve to be. The host was charming and when he knew it was my birthday insisted I have a large glass on the house! Please do consider it next time you’re looking for a Sunday lunch venue!

   John and his team are great .....pop in for a pint, and the Sunday roast is worth trying. Ideally located with a carpark towards the rear accessed via ,free on a Sunday.

   Dropped in for a few drinks last night. Staff were great and the drinks were very good value. Nearly half the price of somewhere like Wimbledon. The pub itself is okay. Perhaps a little stark inside, hence the four stars.
