   We had our work Christmas party here and it was brilliant. Iain was very accommodating and helped make everything run smoothly. We had around 45 people in the upstairs function room, which is lovely and has its own bar and toilets – such a bonus. The food was delicious. It did come out a little slow, but totally understandable as there were other parties on the same evening. Being able to play our own music via Bluetooth was super easy, and the drink tokens were a big hit with everyone! The staff were great – friendly and helpful – and the pub itself is clean and beautifully decorated. We’d definitely host our next work gathering here again.

   We had a fabulous party at The Norbiton following our daughter’s Christening - great food, drinks and atmosphere! The team were really helpful and accommodating with all my party requests, and so many of our guests commented on what a great venue it was. The fairy lit ceiling looked so pretty on all the photos too!

   I highly recommend The Norbiton! I recently celebrated my 30th birthday there, and the experience was absolutely wonderful. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us — they were kind, helpful, caring, and incredibly considerate throughout. The venue itself is beautiful and idyllic, creating the perfect atmosphere for a celebration. The food was delicious, and communication with the team was smooth and responsive from start to finish. The overall vibe was exactly what you’d hope for — warm, welcoming, and full of good energy. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such a special occasion.

   The Norbiton in (funnily enough) Norbiton, east of Kingston. A lovely, shabby chic, corner pub with high ceilings and a very open family feel to it. A large dining area and a huge patio garden at the back of the house. Lovely staff with a good sense of humour. They are fast, efficient and friendly. A super, different place to visit, enjoy a drink and some simple pizza oriented dining. A most enjoyable visit, highly recommended.

   The manager and staff were amazing on Friday evening. We arrived with a Spanish exchange group of 32 teenagers and 8 adults! Many more than planned. The staff dealt with this brilliantly and took it all in their stride. Fantastic work guys! Thank you again! Vicky

   Nice pub but bar staff need training on how to serve drinks properly. When asking for a Whisky your given Bourbon they didn't know the difference! Also you do not want a short drowned in a mixer so that you cannot taste the whisky Also served in a way too large glass swamped with too much ice, therefore completely ruining the drink. More training please and make your customer happy, after all we're paying for it.
