   Exceptional customer service from Jess. I've been looking for a specific tin for my rolling baccy for months, thought I'd found it on the website but needed to be sure the clip for the papers was right as I'd been caught out on eBay. I emailed to ask for a pic of the inside, got a reply the same day to say they'd sold out, then another the next day to say she'd found one in the stock room with photos. I ordered and it arrived the next day

   I visited while on holiday and looking for a whisky shop. I have been tinkering with the idea of trying a cigar at my next whisky tasting so I went in and the Lady couldn't have been more helpful. She explained everything to me and helped me pick a couple of beginners for me and some friends to try. The sort of experience I was looking for but one that doesn't happen often. Thanks a million

   Tobacconist's are slowly fading out which is an incredible shame. I visited Johnny's tobacconist today and was warmly welcomed by a lovely lady who was extremely helpful and was clearly passionate about her trade. The shop itself is beautiful and is 100 percent everything you'd expect from a tobacconist. Great experience all together. You will pay slightly more than an online retailer but nothing beats the atmosphere of a great tobacconists with great staff, and not to forget that warming smell of vanilla and tobacco that you will never experience online!

   I have used Johnny's for over 7 years and always had superb service. I placed a mail order this week to be delivered. But NO, because of bank holidays they were delivered by hand by the Boss himself. You are a super man and lead by example. Where can one get better service. Oh and Shadow loves you.

   My vape coils came in perfect working order with a thank you on the billing sheet which made me smile :) A huge thank you to the staff at Johnny's Tobacconist! Will most definitely be ordering from your store again. The only downside was my product arrived a few days late but that was expected due the Covid-19 situation, but that was explained on your website so I have no issues there. Thanks once again!
