   Over the past few years the Earl has received a much needed makeover and tlc. The new owners and team have made huge improvements to the interior making it a modern/clean but still endearing local pub look and feel. The garden and outdoor covered areas with heating now make real use of the space compared to years prior. Hospitality wise, staff are fantastic, family orientated (including pets!), catering is always on point no matter what you order. So all in one of the best pubs in KT4 surrounds without doubt. This is not sponsored, just a local from 25yrs in the area and can recognise the quality the Earl Beatty brings. Last shout out to Halle “Harry” Leonard, if I had to pick a favourite.

   I visited the pub today as I was around the area, and was pleasantly surprised at the great atmosphere. Staff were friendly and food was great! Shout out to Felicia for the wonderful service as well!

   Visited for the kids’ Halloween pumpkin carving and ended up staying much longer than planned! The atmosphere was brilliant — relaxed, family-friendly, and full of festive spirit. The staff were so welcoming and attentive, and the food was absolutely delicious. Everything felt really well organised and thoughtful. We’ll definitely be back — such a lovely pub with a great vibe!

   Having visited the Earl Beatty many times over the last 30 years I always knew it was a wonderful pub in the heart of the community. At the beginning of October I held my Dads wake there and the whole event was brilliantly organised by Monika and the team. The food was delicious, with many of the people who attended commenting to me on the range and quality of the buffet. I cannot thank everyone at the Earl Beatty enough for making a difficult time a lot easier to bear.

   Excellent Chicken Katsu Curry. All the food on the menu is well priced. Guinness was good value for the area. They have a very good range of lagers on draught here. Lovely bars around the place which are decorated nicely. This is a great pub for food and drink.

   Love the make over that place has made, If you fancy having a few drinks and watching any games its a good place to go. Personally, I rate the food as poor, and the price I pay doesn’t really reflect the quality. I give it the benefit of the doubt and visited the 2nd time and the feeling still the same. Hopefully they will be able improve the food quality in the future.

   Great local pub! Bar staff are great, food and drink selection is amazing and so reasonably priced for the area!! The beer garden is great in the summer too- loads of space, outdoor TV and always got a great playlist going.

   Came here for a Christmas meal, I forgot to pay for the deposit but the lady in charge was still trying to ask the kitchen to see if they have anything that day, she was very helpful and the staff kept coming to check if the food is good. Everything was tasty and will definitely come back!

   I visited the Early Beatty very recently and was significantly impressed by the high level of customer service from all members of staff who were kind, respectful and very welcoming. The food was absolutely fantastic and was thoroughly enjoyed by all members of my family and myself. I highly recommend a visit - a friendly and exciting place to be! Particular credit to Brandon, Henry, Marilisa, Monika and Sam who were amazing throughout :)
