I was today and had a filling tooth with Mrs Cristina.Except she is very proffesioniat,she is a very lovely and caring lady.I am so happy with that job she made me and i appcreciate her as a doctor and as a person! Thank you so much Mrs Christina!
I love how people complain about the receptionist. You go to the dentist...for the dentists! they are great! Especially Cristina
Bad experience. VERY RUDE receptionist! Very greedy people and not professional at all. They will try to charge you for everything before seeing you, (Even for Dentist`s PPE £25, such as mask, gloves, which would probably cost £1) Horrible service overall. AVOID!
Receptionist was rude and blunt when answer g the phone, tried to make a rearrangement for an appointment which they point blank refused and barred me from ever seeing them due to not calling to cancel my appointment regardless of the circumstances behind it. I would advise all those to seek dentistry from any other place than these people plus I have been well informed about the general lack of standards and customer care
