It was a wonderful place. You can have a full belly of meals in 20£ with drink. The ambience was good and food was also great.. worth visiting

Looking for a classic pub experience during our midweek visit to Chiswick, The Gunnersbury delivered in full. This old-school British establishment has a simple, no-frills decor that adds to its authentic charm. Despite its unfussy atmosphere, The Gunnersbury had a lively, upbeat vibe going when we stopped in for lunch. The staff was incredibly warm and attentive, providing service that was top-notch from start to finish. As for the food, it was hearty pub grub at its best. No fancy pretense, just well-prepared staples done right and portioned generously. Every dish hit the spot without breaking the bank. While The Gunnersbury may not be the trendiest spot around, it excels at delivering a quintessential British pub experience. If you're after a laidback place to tuck into classic fare washed down with a perfectly poured pint, all backed by friendly service, you'll find it here. A neighborhood gem worth seeking out for an unpretentious yet memorable lunch or evening out.

Had a few beers before a rugby match, great pub with a very good atmosphere. Went back after the game for dinner and the food and service were excellent, would highly recommend

I’ve been going here for years. The food is really good and the pub has a good atmosphere to it, and a great garden. The staff are all friendly and polite and I’ve had a lot of great nights here

A cavernous pub close to Gunnersbury station. A good selection including a couple of cask ales. Looks like it could be great fun when sports are televised. Good to see the six nations already advertized! Service was excellent, done with a smile to make it even better. A good place for a pint.

A lovely place for a New Year celebration. It wasn’t too busy but still a fantastic evening. They have a great outdoor area with some heaters, as well as a large open space inside. There is a fairly good amount of seating. It is very LGBTQIA+ friendly, and I felt very safe here. Great music, great sound system, and the bar is quick with plenty of staff. I look forward to returning! It was so welcoming.
