   Just got back from Sunday Roast at the rocket. What an excellent meal. The yorkies were especially good. This was the third time we've eaten there while spending time in Acton. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is comfortable and homey. I wish we had something like this in our neighborhood in Canada. I highly recommend either Sunday roast or just order off their menu any day of the week.

   Loved my experience at The Rocket! The service was outstanding, the staff was warm and attentive and made sure everything felt effortless. The food was delicious, especially their £20 beef roast on Sundays which is an absolute must-try. The bar serves fantastic cocktails that completed the evening perfectly. Definitely a place I’d go back to!

   In summary, I had my birthday party here on Saturday. The staff were so kind, welcoming and charming, and they could not do enough for us. We were there from the afternoon until the evening, so we ended up having some food which we enjoyed very much. Another reviewer said that their chicken burger was dry and I did not have that experience at all. And I'm someone that rarely orders chicken when I'm out because of the amount of times I've had bad experiences with dry, bland chicken. I am happy to report that the chicken in my burger was well-seasoned, moist and succulent, and you could tell the meat was of good quality. I think it might even have been thigh meat, it was that moist, which was a rare pleasure in a chicken burger where you normally get served a piece of breast (and breast can so easily dry out)! Not the case here. My husband had a pork belly dish which he found to be delicious, so much so that he returned the following day to sample their roast dinner. My one note is that the draught beer was unpleasantly bitter and I could not finish either of the half pints I bought (and I opted for a different beer each time so it wasn't a question of my not liking the beer I'd chosen); maybe they need to have a look at their pumps or something. But otherwise, it was a PERFECT day. And once again, I would like to reiterate that the staff were charming. The guy that helped me over the phone and via text when I made the booking was so helpful and communicated well. He kept me abreast of changes and was keen to ensure I was happy with the space I had been given; he even sent me a picture. And when we got there on the day, they were so personable and kind. They create a really special atmosphere, those staff, and they deserve a lot of credit for that.

   The Rocket Pub in Acton is a popular local gastropub. The pub has a living room-style interior with comfortable seating, exposed brick walls, and ceiling fans. The dining area is more formal, with scarlet-draped walls and chandeliers. The Rocket Pub serves a wide variety of food, including classic pub fare like burgers, fish and chips, and steak and ale pie, as well as more creative dishes like the Rocket burger with black pudding and bacon jam, and the grilled lamb shank with mint sauce. The pub also has a good selection of beers on tap, as well as wines and cocktails. The service at The Rocket Pub is friendly and attentive. The staff are knowledgeable about the menu and can help you choose the perfect dish. The pub is also a great place to watch live music or catch up with friends. Overall, The Rocket Pub is a great option for a casual meal or a night out in Acton. The food is good, the service is friendly, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting.

   Celebrated my son's birthday at this lovely pub- a great experience! The food is sumptuous and the staff are very friendly. It's a great place for private events or even just a Sunday roast brunch. We are regulars here and the great food and service keep us going back to the Rocket. It's a rare gem in Acton. Highly recommend it!

   This pub has a very funky interior and exterior! Staff were friendly and attentive, clearing away empty glasses etc quickly. Good selection of beers and wine, didn’t try the food. Has a nice small beer garden.
