Grade II building that has been used as a public house since the 1650s. Attractive building, usually quite quiet inside, despite the proximity to the big roundabout and the main road. Good place to sit, can stay for a good while. Generally not too busy or too noisy, which is good; not usually one of those places where one has to shout to have a conversation.

We tried the fish and chips for Β£18 and a pint of Fullerβs lager. Β£18 feels quite expensive for food, but to be fair, many pubs in London now charge similar prices. It is a cosy local pub. The beer was Β£7.50, which is about the same as in central London. We ordered fish and chips, and when we asked for sauces during the meal, we were told there was no mayonnaise available. This should have been mentioned when we placed the order. One of the staff kindly brought us the last bit left in the bottle, but no vinegar was offered either. We believe sauces should be served with the food without needing to ask. Overall, the price doesnβt quite match the level of service and what you get in return. Still, itβs a charming little pub.

A Fullers pub right next to the Fullers brewery. Nice looking inside and out but an oddly somnambulant atmosphere indoors with sleepy lighting and a coldness to the floor. I canβt quite explain why but it had a slightly dull feel to it and we left after one pint to wake up.

Spacious comfortable pub. London Pride was first class. We used the good-sized function room. Chips went down well with the beer. We had a pleasant walk from Barnes Bridge along the river..

Inexpensive, friendly pub with GORGEOUS beer. (The brewery is right next door so the beer is so fresh!). The staff are very friendly, comfy armchairs, nice atmosphere. Lovely.

Good local pub in a rather odd location, but very efficient if you give up sitting in traffic! It has a car park also in the back. Friendly locals and happy staff.

Really nice, friendly welcoming pub. Great food, great beer and great staff. Definitely will drop in for another pint or 4 when staying at the Premier Inn across the road next time.

Great food, we had a burger which was nice, however, their basic burger(which has the patty, a bit of lettuce and tomatoes, and includes fries ) I think is a bit overpriced Β£12, to add cheese, jalapeΓ±os or bacon, you need to pay extra Β£1 for each extra ingredient. The beef chilli nachos are not bad, a little bit to much cumin but I still like them, service was a bit slow even when not busy!
