Excellent experience from start to finish. Polite, helpful reception staff booked me an emergency appointment for lost filling which was causing sensitivity. Dentist was Mr Mzingaye Hove and his nurse was Poppy. Mzingaye offered to do filling straight away. Both Mzingaye and Poppy were very professional and courteous .
I cannot recommend Daniel Bentley enough. He is truly outstanding—passionate, energetic, and absolutely made for this profession. There is something genuinely magical about the way he approaches his work, and it’s obvious he genuinely cares about his patients. With my 4 year old son, he is patient, thoughtful, and incredibly respectful. He takes the time to explain what he’s doing, lets him hold instruments so he feels like more of a partner in the process and together with a range of other strategies, Daniel turns the experience into a truly positive one. Because of this, my son is excited about looking after his teeth and can't wait to see the dentist again! What sets Daniel apart is the warmth he brings to every appointment. His dedication, kindness, and genuine passion for dentistry make him an exceptional practitioner. I am truly grateful for not only the way in which Daniel looks after my son's dental health but the way in which he has built within him a positive attitude towards looking after his own dental health & visiting the dentist.
Had my hygiene appointment today and a small filling and Abigail done a sound job it seems and she got right in there which is good in terms of mouth benefit, lol. Reception are sound too. So ye thanks and the place is a nice old historic building, I recommend this dentist.
I visited this dentist for the first time and was not disappointed, firstly , the reception staff provided an excellent and flawless experience, I felt really welcome. After completion of the registration form I was accepted as a new patient the following day. That I must say I am highly impressed by, as I know a lot of people find it hard to get on a dental surgery's books. I then called the dental surgery and was offered an appointment, so I asked for one that suited my schedule, and there was no problems with that. Within a week of registering I have had an appointment and dental work performed. I highly recommend this dentist.

Just wanted to express my thanks to everyone at Rodericks. My dentist Haley Miller has been amazing and l recommend her highly. She talks me through everything which l really appreciate and l never feel stressed or anxious when l have an appointment. I must also mention the staff on reception. They are always helpful, patient and respectful.

Had my new dentures fitted yesterday seemed to be fine. Only this morning when I put them in they were really uncomfortable.I called the surgery and explained I was really stressed about it they told me to come back asap and we will fit you in the dentist sorted my problem out right away me out.fantastic service.
