Very poor service. No one ever answers the phone, i found the hygienist and the dentists rude and very heavy handed during the appointment. I mentioned the hygienist was hurting me to which she huffed at me and stated “well do you want the injections then.” and continued. I had a night guard made which the quality of is shocking. It has lasted a month which has cracked already. The customer service is not to standard in my opinion and also the establishment looks filthy. There are holes in the walls, the bathroom is dirty and overall just not hygienic. Hate leaving bad reviews but this dentist really isn’t a great one.

Thank you to Dr Sony, hope spelt correctly, for his excellent treatment, and to the dental nurses. Also a big shout out for the young man on reception for his excellent service too. Wonderful practice.

Not as “posh” as my previous dental practice but I’m sure the standard of treatment is just as good. Mr Indira clearly explained my root canal treatment and saved my tooth. The private emergency dentist from another practice that I went to previously seemed to imply that I would need an extraction. I’m so glad I chose to have antibiotics and hang on until I found a proper dentist.

Had a very unpleasant experience followed by a simple phone call to register my kids as an nhs new patients, both being under 18. We recently relocated from London and I am looking to register myself plus my kids and the receptionist was not helpful in any way. He said he doesn’t take new patients, he doesn’t know when registrations are opened and offered to give me an email address to try some other time. His tone was rude, not professional in any manner. I would not even want to be treated in a place like that where you cannot feel welcomed the minute you enter in. Please look more into hiring front of house to represent the clinic. Doctors can be top but if the first person you interact with behave a this way is a loss.

Cannot recommend LoveSmile enough! I have always struggled with anxiety at the dentist but I have never felt more comfortable than with the team at lovesmile. Everyone from the reception team, the dental nurses and dentists are amazing.

Dr Dix of Lovesmile has been my dentist for nearly 15 years. In addition to routine check ups and fillings, he has successfully performed a number root canal/crown procedures and installed an implant which is still going strong after 13 years. Dr. Dix is not only highly competent and professional, but very friendly and easy to talk to. I have no hesitation in commending him and his practice.

After having 2 consultations before and after Xmas, I have only good comments to make. I Needed my teeth cleaned and during that procedure, the dentist discovered a small cavity in an area very difficult to see even after an X-ray. Both dentists were very competent, professional, very polite and friendly. Both explained the problems from an educational point of view, and I'm looking forward to my next check-up :-)

Dr Dix has been my dentist for over ten years and i wouldn't trust anyone else. He is the best around. Hes so caring. Hes also my teenage daughters dentist who has recently had to have a extraction and was very nervous. Dr Dix put her at ease and was amazing. Hes not not just in it for the money like most dentists these days. He genuinely cares for his patients and if he thinks you dont need somthing doing he will advise against it. Can not recommend him enough.
