Definitely one of the best pubs I’ve been to, everything was so well laid out and it was obvious that the team really makes an effort on making the place look amazing! Very cosy atmosphere and loved the decor! Also super nice staff and just fantastic atmosphere altogether!
The Prince of Wales (PoW) on the S circ. in Putney is a superb place and deserving of least 6 stars from Mr G!A great range of keg beers including a new session lager for me, "The Seventh Step". Great stuff! They also have a couple of cask ales on including TTS Landlord, also Darkstar's Hophead. The staff are wonderful, service second to noneand a very friendly place. The bestest thing about this pub though is the floral atom bomb that has exploded outside, a brilliant display of blooms, clearly requiring a huge commitment and effort to achieve. A wonderful pub, pay a visit and enjoy!!
Good pub with a lot of seating, great food and nice place to just sit and chill. They have board games, the drinks are good, the food is great. Would highly recommend!

We recently hosted at party at Prince of Wales. They were absolutely impeccable. Service was spot on, everyone loved the food and they handled a really big group perfectly. Well done
Really cosy local pub. Food was good too - we ordered the broccoli, chips, salt & pepper squid and cocktail sausages and they were all really good. Would recommend!

Enjoyed a delicious fish & chips and tempura battered squid for starters. Big pieces of squid, sweet & tasty mushy peas and a huge, crispy piece of cod. Relaxed and prompt service. Nice atmosphere and interior, will have to go back some time and test out the range of beers on tap - cool.
Really fabulous food and service. We live opposite, and avoided this place for food (the beer has always been great) for ages. The food and service is now top gastro-pub standard. Chicken liver parfait with pickled watermelon (yes, pickled) is sublime. As is the wild mushrooms with Stilton on toast, topped with a runny-yolk duck egg. Mmmmm Sunday roast is, for me, all about very pink beef and sticky proper gravy (chef told me he makes his by roasting a whole carcass for 24 hours then stewing it for a further 12 hrs. So, a change in management, and/or chef, and this place is transformed. This will be our go-to for a loooong time. Keep up the great work folks!!!
