   I had a really positive experience at Bupa Dental Care Mold. Jonathan the dentist was absolutely brilliant — professional, calm, and explained everything clearly, which really puts you at ease. Helen, the practice manager, couldn’t do enough to help and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. The reception team are fantastic too — friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They really make a difference. As far as dentist visits go, this one was about as good as it gets… it almost makes going to the dentist enjoyable! Highly recommended.

   Recently joined the practice on a Bupa Smile Plan. Visited the practice today to see the hygienist Sanchayeta who was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. Looking forward to my next dental appointment with Kemi. The practice is very clean and all of the staff have been wonderful. Thanks would recommend the Bupa Smile plan for anyone wanting access to a dentist without any hassle.

   I had my second hygienist appointment with Sanchayeta and Bethany today, can’t thank them enough for putting me at ease and giving me lots of information, i was nervous about going to my first appointment but had absolutely nothing to worry about. They are very caring and a lovely team. Would definitely recommend Bupa Mold, thank you to Ruth, Adele and the ladies on reception they are always so helpful and welcoming. Pradeep, again put me at ease and a lovely dentist, I won’t feel as anxious now going back for treatment. Thank you Catherine

   This morning I had my dental hygienist appointment wiht Sanchayeta (Hygienist) and Lauren (Nurse), and I am happy to say that it was really good, they were very kind and gentle. I felt quite nervous going in, due to previous bad experiences elsewhere. Both Sanchayta and Lauren were brilliant, explaining everything and checking on me throughout. I will not be nervous going to see them again, I cant recommend them highly enough!

   I had my first dentist appointment today after not going for years due to dental anxiety and having a terrible experience with a previous dentist who no longer works at the practice. I had an appointment with Kemi and she instantly put me at ease, she asked me plenty of questions, explained things really well and made sure I had all the information and options so that I could make the right decisions about my treatment plan going forward. The nurses Bethan and Lauren were also amazing - They were super supportive and reasuring, more than I could’ve asked for or expected! I can’t thank Kemi, Lauren and Bethan enough for making what I thought would be an awful experience actually really positive. Because of them I won’t dread going back to finish my treatments.

   Came back from holiday a day early for my wife to attend an appointment. She needed a filling and was in pain. Unfortunately she had a bump in the car on the way there. Despite phoning to explain she may be late - and arriving 6 minutes late for her 1pm appointment - they cancelled and told her she would be re-allocated another one in 3 weeks time. Totally disgusted with their bombastic attitude.Got fixed up with another dentist - mine - who actually care about their customers. She won't be using them again.
