   Adam went above and beyond to turn a frustrated email from myself into a complete solution. The frustration stemmed from me having a non-TPD compliant vape tank from outside the UK and having no idea of this or why replacement glass wouldn't fit. Taking the time to phone me, get to the bottom of the issue via a video call and then providing everything I needed to source a replacement tank, coils and use the glass I already had, saved me several headaches and a fair bit of time. If you want customer support, these guys every time. 10/10.

   Very clean, bright and open plan. However, despite it being situated a mile or so from town center, their prices are similar to Town center shops Despite finding their prices a little steep, it is a very comfortable and friendly place. I only popped in for 1 vape juice. So I have no idea about the selection available. Edit To the owner. Thank you for your rapid feedback. I have to apologize. I wrote the initial review in a hurry and after re reading it, I realized that it wasn't an accurate review. I've since edited it. I paid cash on both visits, so the lady that served me didn't take my details. Again, thank you for getting back to me. Not many businesses do so

   Incredible service. They're knowledgeable, only to happy to help no matter the question. Understand the products and able to give advice. Don't push the expensive brands on you just because which makes them super credible in my opinion. First purchase arrived today, boxed and packed with care and arrived in tip top shape.
