Absolutely lovely little boozer on Bennington Lane south London and well served by the tramlink in the area (we used tram and bus to get here - easy peasy). Not the biggest place in the world, but very friendly, with the staff and the locals in there all saying hello and chatting with us. Outside tables on the left (where the real entrance is - don't be fooled by the doors in the opposite corner) and then walk through a pool room into the bar. As I said, lots of room and I can't see a problem for a wheelchair user here (not sure of the toilets though). The pub was clean and especially given the early hour, the Guinness was excellent as was the Young's ordinary.

I haven't been here in years, glad to see it still open. Guinness was good as was the Youngs Original. There's seating outside to side of the pub, so the passing traffic shouldn't be too much of a problem. I didn't eat there so I can't comment on the food. If getting there by public transport, tram to Beddington Lane makes sense, as the 463 bus will get you to the pub. But it could be a bit of a wait. A better option is to get off at Therapia Lane and there are 2 bus routes to choose from: the S4 and the 463. They're not from the same bus stop, so check your live bus arrivals app while on the tram to decide which one to go for.

Nice little boozer, friendly and polite staff and the cloudy apple Strongbow is perfect. Clean toilets, children and dog friendly. They serve a huge range of food at lunchtime which you order from the small cafe situated in the carpark. The cafe staff bring it over to you. And the food is outstanding. My only criticism is, it doesn't open until 12 noon. 11am would be better. I've used this pub a few times now. And I will definitely use it again. Nice friendly customers, sky sports, pool table and dart board.

I like this pub be friendly I understand if you're sports orientated this is a really nice place to be, unfortunately for a lot of people the television is on far too long, you feel that you might be a bit intimidated if you ask for it to be turned off for you to be able to put music on the jukebox, I do understand people black metal and that is fine by me rightfully so but it just seems like people going they watch EastEnders tipping point so the atmosphere is really horrible become a little bit my it's warmer in the pub I think I'll go to the pub how much some rubbish on TV when the whole point of going into a public house should surely by atmosphere NICE MUSIC AND THE FREEDOM TO PUT THIS ON IF YOU AS LONG AS THERE IS NOT A GAME ON, BUT THE GOVERNOR REALLY NEEDS TO SORT OUT TELEVISION OFF MUSIC ON, CREATE A BETTER ATMOSPHERE, CARLTON WHEN YOU'RE STANDING AT THE ARE YOU CAN HEAR IN THE BACKGROUND IS LOCAL GOSSIP AND THE TELEVISION

Was ok. Local pub for local people. Quite a nice guy there with his sister and their two kids on another table, got a looks we felt like the only gays in the village. Weβre not, apparently. They just donβt go there. Might take the family as theyβre quite provincial too.

Harvest Home - Beddington. This Pub has to be the most unfriendliest place in the country. The other positive reviews are undoubtedly from the owners friends etc. On one occasion whilst passing I popped in for a drink with the wife. We sat down and was immediately asked to move by the staff. Apparently only regular customers can sit at this particular table. Anytime you visit, you will notice staff watching you constantly which makes you feel unwelcome. Then recently we decided to book the place for a wake only to find out on the day the place had double booked with another wake. When we arrived we had no room and I had room send family who had travelled miles on this already stressful day away. When I approached staff about it , there attitude was "what do you want me to do about it, there are 60 people here already". Not even an apology. So obviously we were forced to go elsewhere. I would never return to this small place again.
