Great pub with great beer from a big selection! If you don't know what to order the staff will help you and you can try different beers. Food was also really good! Tip class cheese burger made fresh. Service is excellent!! Highly recommended!!!
Lucky enough to walk in with a live band! Staff was friendly and helpful with the Americans. Felt very welcome, friendly and warm. Our new go to pub in London. Beer selection was outstanding. Food menu was simple, but they used quality ingredients so it was delicious. Young and old alike in this place. Fabulous!
Good vibe, nice people and most importantly amazing cold beer! I visited this pub during my London trip with my mom and we ended up visiting here twice! Forgot the name of the lager but we really loved their lager! So lucky that this place was near the place we were staying!
Absolutely love this place — I’ve been telling everyone about it! I first saw it mentioned in the Good Pub Guide a couple of years ago and had always wanted to visit. Recently, I happened to be in the area and stumbled across it — I was over the moon! Every detail is spot on, and the vibe is fantastic. The collection of ales and taps is insane, and the quality of the food is also very high. The staff were super friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the products they sell. They were incredibly helpful too — I even picked up some cans for my father from a brewery you rarely see down south! I’ll definitely be back again this summer — can’t wait!
Outstanding craft beer pub in Pimlico. Friendly interior (I wouldn't call it cosy), friendly and knowledgeable staff, and a plethora of British and international craft beers to choose from. As expected, the prices for some specialist foreign cans can go well over UKP 20, but the cask & kegged beers go for more normal prices (understood: normal for London, not for the rest of Britain). There's a menu with an extensive list of the beers on offer. The place also offers food (from pub nibbles like Scotch eggs to burgers), but that's not why I went there. ;) It was a late afternoon, and it filled up petty quickly. Spent a very nice couple of hours there, even though I was travelling alone. Will revisit when in Pimlico again.
Great place to have a good pint, didn't try the kitchen/food as I was on the run, but the atmosphere was very relaxed and everyone at the bar was friendly and open. I was provided with a few samples of beers, as the type I have asked for was not on tap/fridge that day. The one takeaway was the higher than usual prices for special beers (9+ pounds for a pint is just crazy for me), regardless of income levels :)
Very large selection of beers either on tap or bottled. Staff are really kind willing to help. Food was great as with good portion sizes. Would definitely recommend.
Always a pleasure visiting the Cask in Pimlico. Have been before, since 2019 recommendations from a worker nearby. Staff are knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. Made a booking earlier this week and my request was promptly responded to, thank you Glenn. Burgers are good and there’s many beverages on offer. Kind of a hidden gem in many ways, as you would be surprised how peaceful and quiet the vicinity of the area is. I would recommend and plenty of indoor seating as well as outdoor. Much appreciated team Cask!
I am not normally a burger lover but I like these because the Cask Pub & Kitchen uses quality locally sourced patties. Pavement seating for out door dining plus rarely seen draft craft beers and real real ales make this a perfect pre theatre venue. Less than 10 mins walk from Wicked or Hamilton
